Sales Assistant

Your role is key! Showing your multitasking skills, you work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to develop our B2B segment and our sale impact, and provide input to facilitate strategic business decision-making.

Your missions:

Define and deploy the B2B strategy in order to generate leads (through SEO, social media, distribution channels), sell MICE stays and ensure the overall success of the B2B product thanks to a close collaboration with the operational teams
Monitor market evolutions and trends (strategy, yield, competition, etc.) and make recommendations accordingly
Provide operational support for marketing and sales tasks based on current needs

Your profile:

You have had at least one successful internship in business
You know the marketing market, its players and the main communication and distribution channels
You are a native French speaker, and speak English fluently
You are proficient in the Office suite, especially Excel
You are passionate about tourism and have a sincere interest in our brand

Your soft skills:

You enjoy B2B and B2C negotiation and know how to convince your audience
You are organized and meticulous, and possess strong analytical skills
You have excellent written and oral communication skills
You are curious and always on the lookout for market trends
You are a team-player and can demonstrate flexibility

Do you like the contact with customers, the service and the friendly atmosphere of a farmhouse inn? Are you not afraid of getting your hands dirty, whether it's serving a dish, clearing a table or making the kitchen shine after service? We're looking for a table service team member to join the Nutchel team at La Ferme du Bambois.

‍Your missions

Welcoming customers, taking orders and ensuring table service
Serve at the bar and manage the cash register
Helping in the kitchen with the preparation and setting of plates
Clearing and cleaning tables, washing up
Applying and complying with hygiene standards, cleaning the kitchen
Checking stocks and managing supplies

Your profile

You are dynamic and cheerful, with a good sense of service
You don't need much experience, but a first approach to catering is a plus
You are versatile and well-organized
You have a great team spirit and you desire to work in an authentic environment
Being able to address and respond to customers in English and/or German is a real asset

The location

You will be working at the Ferme du Bambois, an authentic farmhouse inn in the Bruche Valley, located 15 km from Schirmeck. Here, we cook local produce in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

A 3-month full-time seasonal fixed-term contract, with the possibility of a second seasonal fixed-term contract thereafter.
Working hours :
o Thursday & Friday - Evening service (+- 6h per service)
o Saturday & Sunday - Lunch and evening services (+- 11h for the 2 services with a break) - Flexibility possible depending on the number of bookings

Are you passionate about cooking and love preparing simple, tasty dishes? We're looking for a cook to join the Nutchel team at La Ferme du Bambois in Alsace.

Your missions

Preparing and cooking the dishes on the menu, respecting the traditional local recipes and adding a touch of creativity to it
Cookng fresh, high-quality produce straight from the farm
Ensuring the quality and presentation of the served dishes
Taking part in stock management and ordering fresh produce
Working in coordination with the teammate serving in the room to ensure good service
Adapting to the rhythm of the farmhouse and its specialities
Keeping your workstation clean and tidy to ensure an organised and functional kitchen
Applying the rules of hygiene and food safety (HACCP), ensuring the traceability of products and making sure they are well preserved

Your profile

You are highly motivated and you enjoy cooking and working in teams
You don't need much experience, but a first approach to cooking is a plus
You are able to prepare simple, generous dishes in the spirit of a farmhouse inn
