Under the responsibility of the site manager, you act in coordination of other trades in the following missions.
Your missions
- Ensure daily technical needs in the cabins and common areas
- Ensure maintenance work for green spaces
- Ensure the maintenance of installations for our hot tubs (filtration system, pumps, etc.), especially on check-in/out days of clients
- Maintain and service wood-burning stoves
- Recommend maintenance programs and site works
- Monitor the application of hygiene, safety, quality, and environmental procedures and rules
- Define the human, material, and financial resources of a project, select suppliers, subcontractors, service providers, and ensure the completion of a service
Your profile
- You have a degree in maintenance or a vocational diploma
- You have skills in electricity and plumbing
- You are required to hold a B driving license; you know how to operate construction machinery
- Being able to communicate with and respond to a client in English or Dutch is a plus
- You have a minimal knowledge of office tools

- Rigor, meticulousness, organization: you take care of the equipment and maintain it, completing each action thoroughly

What we offer
- 38 hours/week renewable fixed-term contract for 3 months, with the possibility to convert it into a permanent contract
- 5-day week incl. Saturdays, with Sundays and 1 another day in the week to be defined off
